Designed as a destination workplace for one of NASCAR’s most innovative teams, the 23XI Racing headquarters blends performance, culture, and hospitality into a dynamic interior environment.

The two-story office spaces overlook the race shop floor, creating a constant visual connection between the business and competition sides of the organization. Branded graphics, team-inspired color palettes, and thoughtfully curated materials reinforce the identity of 23XI Racing while a variety of collaboration spaces, lounges, fitness amenities, and hospitality areas support recruitment, teamwork, and employee well-being.

The result is a high-performance workplace that reflects the energy, ambition, and competitive spirit of the team.
