Knightdale Gateway Buildings 1 & 2

Completed in 2024

Designed for Beacon Partners’ expanding presence in the Raleigh market, this building development design reinterprets the area’s historic textile mill architecture through warehouse-style windows, warm industrial materials, and corten-inspired detailing.

Paired with modern tilt-up concrete construction, the design creates a distinctive identity that connects the region’s manufacturing heritage with its continued economic growth. As two of the first buildings in a larger planned development, the project establishes a cohesive architectural vision for future phases while reinforcing Beacon Partners’ brand across North Carolina.

This project was recognized with a Design Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Construction Association 2025.
