Lincoln Commerce Center West

Creating a distinctive presence through simple, purposeful design, Lincoln Commerce Center leverages tilt-up concrete construction, clean architectural detailing, and a signature corner entry feature to establish a memorable identity within the industrial landscape.

Recessed linear lighting integrated into both the horizontal and vertical plane of the corner canopy accentuates the building’s form while drawing attention from passersby. Patinaed blue stone-look ceramic tile frames the entry, introducing warmth and texture at the pedestrian level while helping to humanize the scale of the large industrial structure and enhance the arrival experience.

This project was recognized with a Design Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Construction Association 2024.
