Light-colored brick creates a timeless backdrop, while dark-framed glazing and metal accents introduce contrast and depth across the façades.

Generous windows establish a strong rhythm across each elevation, bringing natural light deep into the interior for all users. A recessed ground-floor entry gives users a warm, intimate entrance experience. A top floor balcony, accessible to all tenants, frames a view of Uptown Charlotte juxtaposing this modest brick office building to the sky scrappers Uptown, a key identity of Charlotte’s architecture.
