Steve Schmitt, AIA, NCARB
Steve Schmitt is president of Merriman Schmitt Architects. Since co-founding the firm with Jerry Merriman in 1996, he has led the design of more than 30 million square feet of office, retail, industrial/distribution and other commercial spaces. Additionally, he has been responsible for the design of millions of square feet of interiors.
Steve brings more than 26 years of experience in design and project management in a broad range of commercial architectural projects. He provides hands-on leadership to the design process as well as construction and field supervision. Currently, MSA employs 15 professionals.
